I've had the pleasure of having Christina represent me in three transactions, two as a buyer and one as a seller, all in the very exciting yet difficult markets between 2016 and 2022.

In 2016, I had been searching in my desired location for my first property with very little success over six months in a very hot and volatile market. But for Christina¡¯s vigilance in combing through the limited inventory in an incredibly competitive market, I never would have been able to purchase my first condo.
My Los Angeles real estate transaction pales in comparison to some of the other transactions Christina has handled in Orange County, but she treated me with the same demeanor and courtesies one would expect for a larger transaction. The process was not without its difficulties, but Christina was able to guide me through to the end of the transaction, completely transparent each step of the way, explaining things, sometimes multiple times, to this first-time homebuyer without a hint of annoyance or frustration so that I could arrive at a fully informed decision.

2020 was a very unique year, to say the least. Having represented me on the purchase side of the transaction, I called upon her expertise, this time as my listing agent, in 2020. I knew I needed someone who had expert knowledge of the market and a strategy to move forward. This was a personally excruciating time for me, but Christina is the kind of professional who can finesse challenging situations and personalities. Her calm and collected approach allowed us to close the deal: the sale of a property
undergoing construction during a time of uncertainty.

If my 2016 transaction wasn't proof of Christina¡¯s tenaciousness in successfully closing transactions under taxing circumstances, 2020 cemented my belief that she truly and honestly has her client's best interest at the forefront. There is no doubt that she appreciates clients' wants and desires, but she also delivers harsh truths about what is and isn't possible. An honest Realtor will do that. She's not one to sugarcoat just to hit some sales goal or quota, but instead sincerely offer opinions about best courses of action.

My most recent purchase, in 2022, was realized because of her tenacity and quick action: She persisted in searching for the right property (again); she moved fast on a brand new listing (again); and she accurately pinpointed the bid prices on a hot market (yet again) for another gratifying outcome.

Christina has my highest recommendations and will be the only one to represent me in future transactions until the time she retires. I can say with confidence that Christina is a stellar agent and really just a wonderful person. One should be so lucky to have her as one¡¯s ally and champion.
